Obligations and liabilities of accountants

Chief Accountant – is an official at the entity or organization (hereinafter “company”), performing direct management of the accounts department of the certain company. The functions of the chief accountant may be exercised by the company’s financial director, senior accountant, accountant and other employees of financial department of the company, authorized to exercise such functions by the order of the head of the company.

The legal status of the chief accountant shall be determined pursuant to current regulations and job descriptions, worked out and approved by the head of the company.
