Definitions:
Inconstant noise - noise that fluctuhats in time with the sound level variating continuously in time by more than 5dBA (for example, the noise of vehicles).
Tonal noise - noise in the spectrum of which there are discrete tones and when measured in 1 / 3 octave frequency bands there is an excess over next tones for not less than 10dBA.
Impulse noise - noise, consisting of one or more audio signals, each lasting less than 1 sec. with the levels of sound in dBA, measured at the timing characteristics of \"impulse\" and \"slow\", differ for not less than 7dBA.
