Uzbek legislation provides special procedures for the procurement of foreign and domestic goods, materials, spare parts and equipment to the amount exceeding USD 100,000 for one contract, and financed from state resources, or by foreign grants or credits, provided under guarantee of the Government by the international and foreign financial institutions, including World Bank Group, EBRD, ABD, Japanese bank of international cooperation, KfW bank and others.[1]
