Platinum as one of the precious metals is included in the list of goods export and import of which is made by licenses issued by the Ministry for Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further – “the MFEA”) by virtue of ordinance of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
