1 UNG acting as product off-taker of all COMPANY A products at an internationally linked product pricing formula;

1.1 Description of Investment Projects: There has been no occasion until now when Government through UZBEKNEFTEGAZ (UNG) committed to purchase all products produced by Project Company at an internationally linked product pricing formula. In upstream operations of production sharing agreements (PSA) with certain foreign investors, UNG is entitled to purchase products in case of emergency situation at local market at the “export” price, i.e. the price at which operator would normally sell products under export contracts.
