Before the construction commences an Investor will have to ensure the availability of all necessary permits, including allocation of land by the Municipal Authorities.

Permits and arrangements for connection to utility networks will also be issued in the Preliminary Stage by local Municipal Authorities.

In order to start the construction works, it is necessary, apart from having the license for the construction of data networks, to register the construction project with State Committee for Architecture and Construction in a manner set out above in Registration of a Construction Project section.
