Are there any regulations in the Uzbek jurisdiction that would prohibit selling eBooks and other digital content at a price lower than the price at which the content wholesale from the content seller is purchased?

The Civil code and the Entrepreneurship Law state that citizens and legal entities are free to conclude contracts on any mutually agreed terms and conditions. According to the Civil Code the price of any commodity, including eBooks, must be agreed upon by both sides to the purchase transaction.
