Available exemptions from the payment of customs duties

Under Uzbek customs laws exemption from the payment of customs duties will only be available for the Company in the following cases:

- Any property being imported into Uzbekistan by foreign investors, or enterprises with foreign investments, for their own production purposes;

- The imported property is technological equipment listed in Joint Resolution No.1802 of the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade and the State Customs Committee, which was registered with the Ministry of Justice on May 3, 2008;
