A company shall apply to Statistic authorities in order to obtain a Certificate for a new company name. After Statistic authorities issue a certificate a company applies to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan (“MOJ”) (or local Municipal Authorities depending to the type of company) to register change of a company name and changes to Constitutional documents. Such Certificate is valid for two months after which a company may reapply for a new two months Certificate.
