The foreign citizen may start working under the employment agreement in Uzbekistan only upon obtaining an individual Conformation of the Right to Work in Uzbekistan (the “Individual Permit”) that is issued basing on the Permit for Attraction of Foreign Employees for Work in Uzbekistan (the “Company Permit”) issued to the local company by the Agency on Foreign Labour Migration Matters (the “Agency”).
