Withdrawing cash from bank account is regulated by strict regulations, as a result of which, the Office can withdraw cash from its account only for certain purposes as described below. On the top of that, there is a strict rule on using currency in cash, since most of the deals between entities other than physical persons can be financed only by non-cash transactions.
