Labour discipline at the Company shall be imposed through the application of rewards and penalties. According to Article 174 of the Labour Code, labour discipline provisions must be established in In-house Rules and Regulations (hereinafter the “In-house Rules”).[1] However, the Employer may, at its own discretion, provide these provisions in other company regulatory acts and employment agreements, except for the list of single gross violations, which must be included in the In-house Rules.
The In-house Rules must be approved by the Employer and agreed to by the Employees’ representative body.
