The law states that compulsory certification includes the examination of the production, testing of the goods for the purposes of establishing the compliance of its characteristics with normative documents, inspection and control over the certified product. Tests (examinations) must be performed only by the accredited testing laboratories (centers);[1]
The contracts of import or export of goods that are subject to a compulsory certification must contain a clause, which requires the enclosing of a conformance certificate and quality mark. Conformance certificate and quality mark are necessary attributes for the successful customs clearance;[2]
