Basic Rules
The Law establishes that the right for a Subject-matter of Industrial Property belongs to its author (co-author) or his legal successor and is certified by a patent. In cases if a Subject-matter of Industrial Property has been created independently by several persons the right to receive a patent belongs to the first person who has filed an application to issue a patent to the State patent Agency.
