Annual Vacations

Pursuant to Article 144 of the Labour Code, the sequence of vacations providing shall be established by the vacation schedule approved by the Employer to the beginning of calendar year as agreed with the representative body of Employees. The Employee shall be notified 15 days in advance on providing of vacation. The vacation providing shall be registered by the order of the Employer. At the request of the certain categories of Employees specified in Article 144, the vacations shall be provided at any time convenient for the Employee.
