Forms of Contract

(i) The requirements to forms of contract by local laws 

 

The Civil Code provides that contracts can be concluded orally or in writing (simple or notarised).

 

Silence can be recognized as acceptance of contracts in cases provided by law or mutual agreement of parties. Oral contracts shall be recognized as concluded by fulfillment of obligations by parties or when the behavior of the parties clearly indicates their will to conclude such contract.
