(i) The scope of indemnification by local laws, whether indirect indemnification is included
The civil code provides that the person whose rights are infringed has the right to request full indemnification of damages, unless laws or contract provides for lesser damages. Such damages include expenditures incurred or that will have to be incurred to restore infringed right, loss or damage to the property (real damage) or profits not received due to infringement (lost profit).
Indirect indemnification is interpreted as indemnification of damages by other means then monetary or indemnification by third party.
