Intellectual Property Rights in contracts

(i) Articles concerning Guarantee to the Intellectual Property Rights and Infringement Liability

The Civil Code provides that legal protection of objects of Intellectual Property comes to effect due to creation of such Intellectual Property or on the basis of granting such protection by state agency in a manner prescribed by law.

The Intellectual Property as such is divided into two groups, namely – copyright, related to scientific works, works of art and literature, and objects of industrial property, including inventions, useful models and industrial models.
