The Law on Licensing of certain types of activities requires that in order to be able to provide certain types of works and services the contracting or subcontracting company that will actually provide such works and services must hold properly issued license.

The list of licensable works include among others:

- projecting, building, operation and servicing the local communication networks;

- projecting, building, operation and servicing the intercity communication networks;
