Please be informed that according to Article 19 of the Tax Code, the foreign citizens will become tax residents of Uzbekistan if they stay in Uzbekistan 183 days and more in total within any period of twelve (12) months. Once a foreign citizen becomes a tax resident he/she must declare and pay income tax from all incomes all over the world subject to intergovernmental agreements.
