Charter Capital of JSC

The charter capital of a JSC comprises the nominal value of the company\'s shares acquired by the shareholders.  All shares must have the same nominal value.  The nominal value of preferred shares distributed may not exceed 20% of the company\'s charter capital.  The minimum charter capital of an open JSC may not be less than amount equivalent to not less than US $400,000 calculated at the official Central Bank exchange rate). The charter capital may be decreased by decreasing the nominal value of shares or by reducing the total number of shares issued (buy-out and cancellation), or increased by increasing the nominal value of shares or by issuing new shares.
