Persons on a Business Trip

According to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan the persons came to the Company to work there on a temporary basis by instructions and on behalf of their company-employer (the Company’s head office, affiliated company, etc.) shall be considered as persons came on a business trip (hereinafter the “Business Traveler”) and shall not be obliged to obtain any work permits. Business Traveler shall remain the employee of his company-employer which sent him for a business trip and shall work at the Company’s premises only in the interests of his employer. The Business Traveler shall not be included into the Company’s staff, shall not conclude an employment agreement with the Company or otherwise enter into employment relations with the Company.
