Due to the absence of legal practice, it is impossible to comment on statutory provisions regarding this type of juridical persons. Business partnerships (full or limited) should be distinguished from general partnerships by the fact that the latter are unincorporated entities governed by their joint venture or cooperation agreement and do not constitute separate juridical persons. The formation of either full or limited partnerships requires the founders to file documents with a registering agency.
