Assignment
Uzbekistan legislation allows assignment of the right belonging to a creditor to a third person who is not a party to the initial transaction (contract). In particular, under Article 313 of the Civil Code of Uzbekistan, the right (or demand) belonging to a creditor on the basis of an obligation may be transferred by him to another person with regard to the transaction (assignment of demand) or pass to another person on the basis of law. The consent of the debtor, unless provided otherwise by law or by contract, shall not be required for the transfer of the rights of the creditor to another person.
