Pledge of receivables as of a right to claim revenue is possible in Uzbekistan. Although such pledge is untested here, it is allowed under the Law on Pledge.

To create such a pledge, the owner of the debt ([COMPANY]) and the security holder (the Security Agent) must agree in writing that a pledge is to be created in relation to specific receivables. The pledged receivables must be specified in details in a pledge agreement. Pledge must be in writing in the form of a pledge agreement signed by [COMPANY] and Security Agent.
