Personnel requirements for microcredit organisations

The minimum qualification requirements to director generals of microcredit organizations have been established by the Regulations of Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 1641 on “The procedure for establishing of qualification requirements by Central Bank of Uzbekistan to candidates nominated for the positions of heads, chief accountants and heads of the board of directors of commercial banks and their branches, heads of executive boards of credit unions and microcredit organizations” dated November 14, 2006 (the Regulations).

According to the Regulations the relevant Commission of the CBU (Commission) is the collective body for assessing the conformity of a relevant candidate.
