Services provided by microcredit organisations

A microcredit organization is entitled to offer/render:

- individual loans and group loans (either collateralized or uncollateralized) (Microloans); the restriction relates to the amount of each Microloan which may not exceed (i) 100 times MW (about US$ 1.000) - if the borrower is an individual; (ii) 1.000 times MW (US$ 10.000) – if the borrower is a legal entity; this restriction is imposed in relation to each Microloan regardless of whether a borrower under such Microloan is represented by a single borrower or group of borrowers;

- leasing services (Microleasing); the restriction relates to the nature and amount of Microleasing. Microleasing may not be provided unless it is for business activity. Therefore, i...
