The Law on Foreign Investments establishes that the State guarantees and protects all rights of foreign investors in course of their investment activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Article 9 of the Law on Foreign Investments sets that foreign investors and foreign investments enjoy a fair and equal regime, as Uzbek nationals and full and permanent protection and security is provided by the State.
