Bankruptcy Law overview
According to the “Bankruptcy Law” of the Republic of Uzbekistan (the “Bankruptcy Law”) debtor, creditor/s, and public prosecutor or authorized state body (Anti-Monopoly Committee) are entitled to initiate bankruptcy proceedings, if there are signs of insolvency of a legal entity.
According to the Bankruptcy Law signs of insolvency of a legal entity are if a legal entity is not able to satisfy its financial liabilities within the terms exceeding ninety days.
