US 150,000 Charter Capital Requirement

The procedures for registration (formation) of a legal entity that has foreign ownership differentiate between entities with at least US $150,000 of charter capital and entities with less than US $150,000 of charter capital. The former (i.e. an EWFI) must be registered with (formed at) the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan, while the latter (i.e. a company with foreign participation (“CWFP”)) must be registered with (formed at) the local authorities - local khokimiyats.
